Charter Oak Federal Credit Union stopped by the festivities taking place at the Richard E. Hourigan VFW in the Norwich Industrial Park on Wednesday, June 17th. Featuring hundreds of motorcycles, great food and live music, the event saluted the volunteers and supporters who made the Vietnam Wall Traveling Tribute visit to Norwich possible. Community Relations Coordinator Kim Bartlett joined in the fun, and was honored to help unveil the new mural with event organizers Richard A. DeLorge and Evelyn Bessette. The celebration dinner and mural unveiling kicked off a weekend of activities which were organized as a salute to our veterans.
