CHARTER OAK NAMES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jeanne M. Mikula of Griswold Joins Credit Union’s Senior Management
Jeanne M. Mikula of Griswold, CT, has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Charter Oak Federal Credit Union. With over 32 years of experience in the financial service industry, Mikula has extensive knowledge in branch and deposit operations, as well as information technology and training. She will oversee the Credit Union’s 10 branches, as well as an 11th branch scheduled to open at Killingly High School in mid-September.
A graduate of the National School of Banking as well as the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, Mikula has also been active with the Madonna Place of Norwich, serving as Treasurer of its Board of Directors. According to CEO Brian Orenstein, "We are fortunate to bring such an experienced professional onto our Senior Management team at Charter Oak. Jeanne's breadth of knowledge in the financial institution industry will help Charter Oak further excel in the Eastern Connecticut marketplace."
