CHARTER OAK MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL RECEIVES FIVE STAR RATING
Credit Union’s Ann Gauthier Named Five Star Mortgage Professional by QMI Research
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union employee and Norwich resident Ann Gauthier was recently named a Five Star Mortgage Professional by QMI Research’s annual Five Star Mortgage Professional Program. Surveying roughly 12,500 recent homebuyers and 250 real estate agents in the market area, QMI Research rated mortgage professionals based on customer satisfaction.
Gauthier, a Mortgage Originator who has worked at Charter Oak since 2007, has over 30 years of experience in financial service. She has played an integral role in the Credit Union’s mortgage department, which has seen tremendous growth and success over the last year thanks to the Cost Saver and Accelerator mortgage products.
According to Charter Oak’s Chief Lending Officer, John Dolan, “This recognition is well deserved, as Ann is the consummate professional who goes above and beyond to meet our members’ home financing needs.
