BRANCH SUPERVISOR
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor. Applicants must possess the ability to motivate, lead and assist team in achieving branch goals in performance excellence, customer service and sales. It is essential that the person selected for this position be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, customer service & sales skills; desire to build outside relationships & leads; and work diligently to grow business at the branch level.
CONSUMER LENDING MANAGER
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for an experienced, self-motivated individual to manage its Consumer Lending area. The successful candidate will respond to members’ needs for personal, credit card and automobile loans. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to lead a team of employees. Automobile lending experience is essential as well as the ability to cultivate relationships with automobile dealers. Experience with Symitar and CUDL systems are a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, the leading residential mortgage lender in eastern Connecticut has an opening for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer. This individual will be responsible for originating loans in New London and Windham county. Candidate must possess a solid understanding of state and federal rules and regulations related to residential mortgage lending. Knowledge of government guaranteed loan programs such as FHA, USDA, VA and CHFA is a plus. The candidate will have a referral network of realtors and other center of influences. Must have excellent communication skills as the position requires interviewing applicants for residential mortgage loans. Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends at locations convenient to the applicant. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission structure which is commensurate with experience and performance.
